“I booked my 2 day mini golf school at the Shadow Ridge Golf Course in Palm Desert having zero knowledge of what to expect. What I didn’t realize was that this school is part of the new and recently opened David Leadbetter GolfZon school, headed up by Matt Denzer. The 2 day school consists of an initial 3 hours of instruction dedicated to the full shot. Followed, a day or so later, by another 3 hour session dedicated to the short game (Putting, Chipping, Pitching and Bunker shots) During the first day, my swing was video recorded and analyzed using track man prior to Matt providing a number of personal one on one breakdowns of my swing on the I-Pad. Here he identified where improvements could be made and then after a number of adjustments, practice routines and drills, the lesson moved to embedding these newly learned techniques into my swing.”
